• One-year domain registration (.com)
• One-year web hosting
• Responsive design for all devices
• SEO foundation setup
• Contact form integration

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process
• Maintain the security of your account information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Provide necessary content and feedback within reasonable timeframes

4. Payment and Fees

Our standard website package is priced at ₹4999, payable as a one-time fee. Payment must be made in full before we begin work on your website. We accept payments through UPI, bank transfer, and other methods as specified on our payment page.

After the initial one-year period, domain and hosting renewal fees will apply. These renewal costs are separate from the initial package price and will be communicated to you before renewal is due.

5. Project Timeline and Delivery

We aim to complete all website projects within 5-7 business days from the receipt of all required information and content. Delays in providing requested information may extend this timeline. Once completed, you will receive a preview of your website for approval before it goes live.

6. Content Guidelines

You are responsible for providing appropriate content for your website. All content must:

• Not infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Not be defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Not promote illegal activities or contain malicious code
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Bhavitech reserves the right to refuse any content that violates these guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

After full payment is received and the website is delivered:

• You own all rights to the content you provide for your website
• You receive a license to use the website design and structure
• Bhavitech retains ownership of custom code, templates, and design elements created for your website
• Bhavitech reserves the right to display your website in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

8. Domain Registration and Hosting

Domain names are registered on your behalf but through our management system. After the initial one-year period, you may choose to:

• Renew through us at the current market rate
• Transfer the domain to your own management (transfer fees may apply)

Web hosting is provided for one year as part of the package. We maintain appropriate security measures but cannot guarantee against all possible security breaches.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bhavitech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our service
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of our website and services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
